Every chicken has a hole (cavity). You simply take the fruit, pop it (or stuff it) in the hole (cavity) and bake it all. When it's done, go inside the hole (cavity) and pull out the fruit. Round file it. Put the chicken on a plate, slice and serve. It comes out very juicy and moist.
